I needed a new brass shower tap adaptor. Brought in my old one as a sample and they had an identical new one. The guy was friendly and explained how it all went together. Also very low price. I was expecting to pay much more.

Excellent service. Jim was extremely helpful when I went in today to get a shower tap fitting. He went out of his way to find the right size fitting and assembled it for me in the shop. Very happy with the service.

Awful customer service, failed to deliver when they said they would, then lied about the driver waiting around outside, when I was at home waiting for them specifically. Avoid at all costs.
