Teacher is very active and kids enjoys his class.

Good place for music class.

My daughter goes to Yamaha School. It's been her 3 year.I don't have any complaints relating to the teachers. Actually she has an amazing teacher that accompanies her since the beginning.The reason I am giving 3 stars is that the school administration is shocking.First of all, the books never arrive on time for the beginning of the course. Sometimes we (students and parents) had to wait as long as 5 weeks to get the books.Secondly, I bought a keyboard with earn phones through their website. On the day of the pick up, they didn't have the earn phones. The secretary told me she would ship them once the products arrive. After 2 months without any contact from them, I emailed them and they told me I had to drive to Baulkham Hills to get them. I had to contact Melbourne to be able to receive them by post.They sent me an email before this term started, saying my daughter classes would be Sundays at 11am. After 5 days they sent me an Error message saying that instead of Sundays it would be Saturdays (because of their mistake, my daughter cannot attend 1 of the classes because I organised something on Saturday believing her classes were on Sundays).This term we received the books. But again few books (from the class members) were missing QR codes for the songs used in class. I contacted (by email and phone). By phone they apologised saying it was a mistake. I asked them if they could send to me by email but they refused saying that they wanted to make it hard for the parents to share their material with other families that they are not enrolled. They said I have to go in person to get the QR codes that they forgot to send to us. I lived 20 km far from the office. When I told that they offered to send by post. It's been a week since the phone call and I still haven't received yet. The email was answered 5 days later.Now my question is:We are the one who pays for our children to study at Yamaha (and its not cheap). But we are the ones that have to go through all this things" to prevent us for "sharing" the material we pay for. Without the students Yamaha School wouldn't exist. There is a big contradiction here."

My daughter has been attending Yamaha Bauklham Hills for 3 years. Her teacher, Jessica of 3 years is so supportive & work really well with the children. Yuki, the receptionist is friendly & never fail to greet everyone with a big smile!
