Alright if you want a super express nail job, but do not expect care to be taken. Everything is done super fast and without care. They don't use acetone/foils to remove shellac, rather, the filing machine, which weakens nails to the point of splitting over time. Twice my nails have split as they use the machine. It hurts and there is no apology. They do not take time over the actual tidy up/filing phase of a mani/pedi and your nails are likely to be rough to the touch afterwards. The mood in the store is soulless and the staff never smile. The prices are cheap but personally, I wish I could pay more and get a decent job done.

Don’t be fooled but the fact they are busy means they are good. Nice ladies but attention to detail and care factor below par.Worst manicure (SNS) I’ve ever had - I acknowledge my nails are short, but the finish is uneven, looks like a small ball of coloured contact has been put on my nail & pushed down, bubbles in top coat and SNE doesn’t even go to edges/corner of my nails.Wouldn’t recommend going here unless you have too.

If I could give this place negative stars I would .I went in to get an acrylic set with tips (French).From the moment the horses were out the gates, I knew I was in for a wild ride. The first hurdle came when woman applied the tips uncentered, my lil nails were out there looking like the titanic trying to avoid an iceberg.Our second hurdle came when I asked for them to be shaped ballerina. She proceeded to shape them all like wee little deformed Tic Tacs - let me tell you Wrigleys wouldn’t even sell those bad boys at ‘not quite right’.Third hurdle can be broken into two parts. Firstly, Her application was awful, it was lumpier and more out of the nail line than a QLD country road after a flood. Secondly, the amount of pain I suffered during the filing down process - mannnnnnn, I’ve been through tattoo removals and they have nothing on this. I’m convinced she actually cooked the tips of my nails.Alrighty, we’re at the forth and final hurdle. It was now time for the French tip painting. Now I know I really should have called it quits long before this point, but I was praying for a birthday miracle (it’s my bday fyi).Boy oh boy, in all my years of being in the creative industry I have never seen such a poor attempt - and I’ve been a 1st year Fine Arts uni student. The white tips were all mis-aligned/unbalanced and the base coat wasn’t applied evenly.I’m handing out bonus points for her not applying cuticle oil or fixing the outside borders.This is by far the worst set of nails I’ve EVER paid $65 for. Good luck friends.

My daughter had her nails done Friday 28th April. She now has an infected finger. I have had her in the hospital as the finger is enlarged and painful. We have to sterilise the finger, keep it clean, she may need antibiotics for the infection.I have called the salon and the attitude was rather blaise.

I recently had my nails and pedicure done, and it was by far the worst experience I've ever had.Rushed not relaxing at all my nails were different lengths two people were doing them at the same time . My toenails were left long .I felt overwhelmed as they were impatient and quite rude.I won't be back!

Wouldn’t recommend. I have had sns nails on for about 6 years and this is the worst place I have been. After a few days the nails were rough and I had to file them and then noticed a chip on one side. Had a pedicure and was so disappointed. She hardly scrubbed them and really wasted my time and money

The worst rush job zero care taken cheap and nasty would rather pay more and have care taken ..super disappointing

love all the ladies here! Even though they were closing at 4 today they squeezed me in for a pedi last minute and kept me in there even after their doors were closed. The lady took her time to execute what I wanted done and they came out perfect!! Couldn’t be happier
