Mark and his team at Duraplas Mid Coast (Taree, NSW) provided me with great service from the time I placed an order for three rainwater tanks. They were very helpful in providing initial advice, which was much appreciated as a water tank first-timer. They took particular care in communication so that the tanks were delivered to the property at a convenient time for us, and the unloading of the tanks did not encounter any unforeseen problems at the property. The delivery driver was also great in his efficiency as well as providing handy hints regarding the final placement of the tanks. I highly recommend Duraplas and their Mid Coast office to anybody looking to purchase a tank.

I’ve had a duraplas water tank for many years. Unfortunately the pump broke while I had the house rented out to tenants. I’ve just purchased another water pump from duraplas. A friend of mine recently bought a 22500 litre tank ,the delivery was terrible couldn't even be bothered positioning it in place properly or fitting the tap.I have 2 bushman 22500 litre tanks and the delivery gentleman asked me where I wanted the inlet ,outlet and the overflow which was done in fast time.

Selected Duaraplas after much searching, had the right size tank and inlet options I was looking for, after speaking to various people with a few different brands of tank, Duraplas came out on top in my view.The staff from enquiry to delivery were very easy to get along with, nothing seemed to be a bother, there was no hard sell or them trying to push me into a purchase.Communication on delivery date was great, driver was very proficient and precise with his placement and advice on my 2 tanks.Great service - Thanks folks.

I received my second Duraplas tank yesterday - the first one I bought more than 15 years ago and it is still as good as new. I was pleased to find I could still buy another in a matching colour and design. The ordering process was very efficient and friendly. Delivery man was fantastic - gave a lot of time and thought into how to get the tank into a fairly inconvenient spot, but it was all done smoothly. Very happy to recommend Duraplas and will certainly use them again if we ever need a third tank.

I cannot recommend DURAPLAS highly enough! I got a second hand 5,000 litre DURAPLAS tank two years back, and now I have this brand spanking new 22,700 litre beauty!I have always been impressed by their quality, but now I can add that their service is second to none!The delivery was not without challenges, and first off I had to reschedule because of rain (which they were very accommodating about) and then this morning we were a man short and when I saw the size of the truck I didn't believe it was going to be possible.I told Andrew the DURAPLAS driver I didn't think he would be able to get to the site and suggested he jump into my Tiguan and I would show him the road and he laughed and said he would follow me up!Two hairpins, a deep dishdrain and a tricky tight gully crossing didn't even slow him down and he executed the ascent with aplomb.Then I figured he would refuse to even attempt to back the truck down my new track to the tanksite but he managed that brilliantly too, and then dropped the tank right onto the pad like a magician! He also provided the muscle and brains to get it perfectly aligned before he was satisfied, and REFUSED TO ACCEPT A TIP!If you're lucky enough to live in the Northern Rivers region, give this outstanding locally owned business a call if you want a watertank! ♡

Easy to deal with company and staff. Such a change to what is happening in other sectors of the building industry. The tank arrived within 15 minutes of the estimated arrival time and was in place on the pad and ready for connection in a very short time.That, really is all that needs to happen, yet some people just do not seem to be able to do it.Would use them again.

Excellent customer service is what these guys specialize in, they were great to deal with from start to finish.The product quality is second to none and is made here on the Tweed Coast, it's good to see a company supporting locals in manufacturing.They were very competitive on price too, keep up the great work.

Over the years i have bought 7 x 33000 ltr tanks from Duraplas. In every case they have been super helpful and spot on with deliveries. The oldest tanks are now 14 years old and still going strong with no sign of deterioration.
