I recently had the most amazing physiotherapy experience at Le physique. Right from the start, they understood exactly what I needed and crafted a personalized treatment plan just for me. They took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I can't recommend Le physique and Madison enough! If you're looking for top-notch physiotherapy, they're the one to go to, their exceptional care made a tremendous difference in my recovery.

Le Physique, Mimi and her team are incredible! Mimi has been instrumental in helping me manage a variety of symptoms including headaches and thoracic muscle pain due to chronic whiplash. Mimi is extremely thorough and hands-on with her treatment. She listens to my concerns and tailors her treatment accordingly. Mimi’s dry needling skills and ability to target trigger points is amazing (and I have had a lot of dry needling over the years!). Reception staff are also extremely welcoming and helpful. Cannot recommend enough!!

Mimi is a magician! Before I saw her I saw another physiotherapist who try to use dry needling with me. The experience was absolute agony and after a few excruciating sessions, with no progress being made, I was thrilled when I met a client of Mimi's who said he had great results with her.The first time I met Mimi I was immediately impressed by her professionalism, her depth of knowledge and her holisotc approach. Mimi doesn't just focus on the bits of you that hurt, she treats the whole you. And the great news is she can dry needle you without you even noticing!Mimi has a fabulous team, the clinic is very well run, and hygienic. I felt extremely listened to, supported, and seen throughout the consultation session. Was given a whirlwind of diagnostics and treatment plans and Mimi immediately recognised the core of the problems I was experiencing and tailored the treatment accordingly. Second session was also great and my body is already responding. Everyone that works here are incredibly warm and welcoming. Mimi is AMAZING, empathetic, highly qualified and experienced. I've never really liked going to physiotherapists because I felt they'd never listen to me. Since having Matt as my physio, I've never dreaded going in for my appointments and we're making such great progress! After my first appointment with Matt he referred me on for further imaging at the hospital and it was here that a doctor and a nurse told me how good my physio was for doing so.Sure, he also put me in a moon boot for 6 weeks but I'm slowly forgiving him.Also, Shout out to Pam on the front desk. She is incredibly kind, welcoming and always up for a laugh.
