Is it possible to give negative star? The worst customer service I had from the couple who owns the shop is literally the worst customer service I have ever had, I have never seen a merchant would yell at their customers and tell their customers never visit again.I made the booking at 1:30pm for myself and my girl friend. He told us to leave as he thought we booked at 1pm and we were late. He could have called me if he thought I missed the appointment, but no call was made to us. Whilst both my girl friend and I remembered the booking is at 1:30pm, I kindly asked if he could accommodate us or one of us, or another time. He started ranting and said ‘thats enough, you are late’ (I have only been there once). I asked why he didn’t call the number I left, he went “so what”; he asked us to go somewhere else.I am not sure what has upset the couple today, and what basis made them believe the customers should be treated this way. I won’t consider this shop at all before he even reminded me given the experience I had today.

They are so attentive, caring, well equipped, greatly skilled and reasonably priced. They think for you and honestly tell you what will work or not. I have been their customer for years and hope they open very long time.

Very friendly staff and clean salon. Hairdresser matched my haircut very well to the look I wanted. She was very gentle and took a lot of care during the process. Good quality service for a reasonable price. Will definitely go back again

Salon was recommended by my workmates wife. I’ve been to the high end hairdressers where you pay an arm and leg for your haircuts. I was never satisfied when I left these salons as I expected more when you pay a few hundred dollars for your haircut.The owners are very nice and do a good job at a reasonable price! Highly recommend this place!

Wife had hair perm done here. Poorly done. Recommend to steer clear from this shop if you need a perm. They cut too much off, contrary to her request, and perm was uneven, and left hair frizzy. Definitely poor experience compared to other shops she had before. We tried this shop because of the 25km rule with covid lockdown. Never again.

I am beyond pleased with my 3rd visit to Zooty! David's skill, style and technic makes the haircut looks GREAT!! The haircut is so good that after a shampoo and a good conditioning .. my hair does not need any styling till the next wash.. it stays in shape! I am really happy! Big thank you to the staff of Zooty! :))

The hairdressers take time to ensure a good job, and wash your hair as well. Price is about the same as many other franchise places but better service from this place I'm guessing is a family business.
