Our experience with Skippers Auto has been beyond horrific. We left our land Cruiser with him for a transmission rebuild and reinstall in Jan 23, it's now April & we have a car with notransmission, that we had to get a repossession organisation to retrieve from his workshop & around $12,000 worth of parts that he won't return to us. Michael has consistently lied about the progress of work being done, after 4 months of having the car it's now in pieces. I would be very careful using this business for anything more than a simple service

Skipper Auto from my recent experience has provided timely, trustworthy service and information. Prices seem competetive and reasonable accompanying honest appraisals. Service is friendly, on time and they even remembered and included a car vacuum from list of frills with car service; I was so delighted! Luckily for me Skipper Auto are local and I've been so happy I'll keep them as my 'go to' for repairs and servicing

Good, friendly staff that do the job, but would rate higher if they checked their work before handing back to customer. Eg. Oil spilt near filler cap had to be cleaned up after, oil filter worked a little loose and dripped - easy fixes, but ....

Searched for a mechanic nearby, and found Skipper. Took my car this morning to get checked as was having some minor issues. I found Michael's service to be great, and his pricing was fair too. Thanks for showing me what was wrong with my car and fixing the issue so quickly today.

Started our holiday and realised our electric brakes weren’t grounded. I called just as they were closing and they were more than happy to squeeze us in quickly. We ended up fixing the issue in the meantime but I’m appreciative that they were willing to work beyond their operating hours to help us out. Thanks ☺️

Michael is an awesome bloke and very honest. Fair pricing and will let you know what should be looked at next time and gives you a rough price guide to what youd be looking at. I highly recommend giving him a chance and I'm very certain you'll be back for the next service. Good work.
