Five star service! Highly recommend Dudley and he's team of very knowledgeable, friendly and quality mechanics. My wife and I recently purchased a 1998 Nissan Patrol with the intention of driving around Australia over an 8 week period. We tasked Dudley and his team with the difficult job of getting the car ready for the trip. Dudley's team were incredibly thorough and were able to get the Patrol to a great standard whilst managing to do it all for a great price! We not only completed our dream trip; we covered 19,205 kilometres with the Patrol running beautifully the entire way! This exceeded our expectations and we're forever grateful to Dudley and Future Auto Virginia for their tremendous work.

Dudley and the team at Future Auto Virginia are second to none! Got out car serviced there recently and some follow on work done. Speedy service, all items evidenced in a video format sent to you on your phone. So convenient and gives me peace of mind. We also needed a replacement part, and Dudley kept checking his databases until one came in and got it sorted ASAP. I'm so impressed with this place.

Dudley and his team managed to help me fix the air-condition in my car, and handled it in an extremely professional manner. He constantly checked in with me, and returned my car with a beautifully cold Air-con. A few weeks later, I received a call to check up and make sure I was satisfied with the service provided, which was amazing. Will be coming back!

The staff at Future Auto Northgate are awesome!! The team are very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile!! My kids love to watch the video of our car being serviced up on the hoist and what is being replaced. The prices are reasonable and my family will be using them again!!
