We have just purchased carpets for a whole home elsewhere after being treated very rudely by a woman here! I told her at least 5 times what I wanted, BUT NO, she wanted to sell me something else, she didn't even ask me how many rooms I was doing. So rude. Learn to listen to the customer.

If you value proper customer service be wary.The sales rep in the store was intense but very enthusiastic and did well to show us the value end of the laminate floor range and we booked a measure and quote for 1pm today. This is where the ball was dropped. Having taken time off work to attend to help my daughter and her friend out, after 40 minutes of no show" and no communication I rang the the store to enquire ... it should NEVER get to this point where a customer has to ask where you are ... a phone call to say you are running late is a simple courtesy that clearly this store lacks in their process.When advised by the lady on the phone that the rep was held up with other clients in the warehouse and would be a further 30 minutes. I advised her that we could not wait and would get back to them. In parting I advised her that we were not impressed with being "Stuffed around". At this point she rudely accused me of being abusive and that there is no need for it in this day and time. I replied that I was not abusive at which point her tirade began not allowing me a chance to respond.COVID-19 is no excuse for not calling clients when you are late for a pre-booked meeting and if you are not going to meet commitments or at least advise clients of a delay you are going to have to get better at dealing with client frustrations on the phone.. So this review is for the incompetent customer service and especially the phone response. You reap what you sow!"

Have been using Choices Flooring Campbelltown for the last two years , very punctual and professional from start to finish including installers . Special thanks to Deanna for product selection and service . Highly recommend.

We had LVP installed in our house today by Choices Flooring by Fred Cetta & Sons, and we are very impressed with the job! The installer was friendly, very knowledgeable and experienced and took extra time to make sure everything was perfect, both in the floor preparation and the laying. The price was very reasonable and by far the best quote we received. Very very happy with the job and that we chose Choices by Fred Cetta and Sons, highly recommend!

Do yourself a favour and don’t waste your time or money with this mob! Just call me back!!!! Far out!! If this is how it is to do business with you before I part with my hard-earned money, then I’m glad I never went with you guys. No calls back from the rep, or the boss for that matter!!!

Worse service ever!!!. I was shocked to find someone doesn't respect his word or promise. We were about to get new flooring for our house and went to David before Xmas and David came and took measurements and even gave us a price and says he will call back when he arrives at the shop. We didn't hear from him at all then it was Xmas holiday and he closed till the 10th of January. Then we try to call him and leave messages for him and no answer, we even ask if he wants the job or not and he didn't reply at all. Once we went to his workshop and we horn at the gate he came and said he was busy and today he will let us know exactly when he will do the job. Off course he didn't!!!. Then we send him message if he could supply the materials but he didn't respond. On the 21 of January after we went for a lot of shops to find a matching flooring boards to ours and find some, he sent a message with a price for the material and now we are trying to find someone to install!!. If David was honest and told us from the beginning he is not able to do it and waste our time chasing him we could if finish by now. I never post anything on google before but his behaviour forced me to do that and I told everything happened exactly. His price was good but the customer service was so bad and unrespectful and didn't even do the job. 23/1/2022

Was not happy with the service provided by the store manager and would not recommend. Carpet was installed and paid in full with stains and streaks in sections. After contacting the store manager he inspected and promised a solution. 5 weeks of calling and leaving messages/emails to get an update, he has still not returned any calls or organised carpet replacement. Very dodgy and unprofessional

They were the epitome of incompetence! We had to constantly call them or even worse go into the store as they never returned any calls. We were stood up twice waiting for David to show up to give us a quote! Absolutely useless and we are taking our money elsewhere. What a way to run a business!!
