Ive been on Centrelink now for around 5 years after a shoulder problem placed me out of work. I’ve been with 2 other providers before I came to Sarina Russo and had not had one interview arranged from either job provider. My last job provider didn’t even have a copy of my resume after 3 months.Since I’ve been seeing John at Sarina Russo in Nundah I’ve had two job interviews within the first week, had work clothes purchased for me and am feeling more job ready then I have before. I highly recommended John at Sarina Russo Nundah if your in need of a job. They have been excellent!

The team at sarina russo and especially John have been very welcoming to me and my circumstances, John has managed to find me jobs in fields I would of never thought I could get or do. Even if the job or interview I have lined up don't go through i am certain they will be able to find me other jobs and set me up to succeed within these roles.

Fiona was my consultant, she doesn’t know what she is doing, same with Violet Singh. They are unprofessional and rude. I would come in early for appointments and patiently wait and Fiona would ignore me until I would get up frustrated and then she’ll say she forgot. Fiona and Violet Singh don’t care about the people looking for work, talk disrespectful to people. Violet Singh is the indigenous services coordinator as a fellow indigenous human being you make me sick. Violet Singh has no work experiences only brown nosing “higher ups” I was made redundant because of Covid and couldn’t find suitable work to pay my bills, rent etc I have a part time job as it’s the only job I could get that helps keep me afloat barely but I would rather just survive then deal with those incompetent pathetic excuse for human beings. Don’t deal with Sarina and Russo Especially the branch at nundah. They don’t care about you, won’t help you, disrespect you & treat you like cockroaches. You are better then that… better then them…. Shut out all negative people from your lives good luck

I dealt with John from Sarina Russo Nundah. John exemplifies the difference between an employee who simply does their job, and an employee who does a great job. He was fantastic, patient, considerate and showed genuine concern for getting me the best possible outcomes.Any business should be lucky to have an employee like John, and I can only hope that Sarina Russo appreciates him as much as people like me, who are lucky enough to have him looking after us. While I'm sure many of the employees do an excellent job, John is the core reason for my high regard for this Sarina Russo team at Nundah. He is a true asset, and an individual that I would happily describe as exemplary.

Jayne at Sarina Russo in Nundah was absolutely phenomenal!!! I was studying full time, looking for full time work and undertaking work experience for my course which included full time work for four weeks. I started to lag behind on my Job searching and was incredibly stressed. Jayne was very supportive and helpful. She informed me of all the documents I needed and had them all submitted in time even though I gave them to her very late. Thanks to Jayne's support I was able to focus on my work experience which resulted in me gaining full time employment. I highly recommend Sarina Russo!!
