Absolutely dishonest and greedy retail store that is merely interested in money and nothing else. My son accidentally bought three pairs of socks of wrong socks, yet they insisted he had wore them before though he hasn't done so. Prove of packaging and receipt shown yet refused refund. Zero star ifpossible.

They need to re train their staff, three staff standing talking on the front counter about their weekend plans whilst customers are standing in a line up waiting to be served. The service when we were finally served was non existent they seemed annoyed we had interrupted their girl talk to be served. Need reminding their job is to actually serve customers, and in a friendly manner. Two stars as we liked the shoes but bad customer service like that puts you off going back.

Went into JD to buy a pair of shoes with my wife, Brooke was at the cashier and had the worst Customer Service I have ever come across. Didn’t look you in the eye, didn’t say a word didn’t smile at all. Walked out of the store and just had to go back and return the shoes due to her lack of customer service management. You really need to train your staff

I experience one of the worse customer services. Just waste of time. They takes almost an hrs to get the pair of shoes. Music was played in full volume which really makes headache and don’t even hear what they speaks.

Bought my girlfriend shoes for Xmas, she opened them Xmas day and they were unfortunately a size too small. Went into the store yesterday to swap them for a bigger size, which should have been a simple transaction but the girl (whom I assume was the manager) said 'absolutely not' and claimed the shoes were dirty (my girlfriend took 3 steps in them, realised they were too small and put them back in the box, 2mins out of the box max, they were immaculate). So now we're stuck with a useless pair of shoes that don't fit.Why would I ever want to shop there again with an experience like that? We did everything right but were denied a simple exchange and now i'm turned off your brand for life. Thanks JD Sports.

Was there this morning looking for a specific shoe. Jeff looked after us and was absolutely brilliant. Spoke to my daughter and established what she was after and made sure the expectations were met. Great customer service.

Went to this store to buy my son some Nike Jordan’s. The shop assistant could not be more less interested to help me. He called on his ear piece radio for the box to come from the back. When the box arrived he handed me the box. Absolutely gob smacked he didn’t want to fit the shoes, I fitted a shoe to my son but as I am no expert I asked him if he was going to assist. He replied “if ya want mate.” I took the shoe off my son, told the shop attendant that I am sorry to bother you and interrupt your day by trying to buy some expensive shoes from your store. I walked out and left the box. I will never walk into this store again. I tried to call the manager on the phone but they don’t pick up the phone EVER. I hope the young man with the moustache learns that it’s people like me that but the items to keep him employed.

Went in last week to try and buy some shoes. Music was excruciatingly loud, and no-one attempted to assist me. Don’t bother buying here, there are plenty of shoe stores at Carousel with staff that will actually help you.
