Autobarn Epping

Autobarn Epping is top notch. I go there for audio equipment. I've bought most of my gear from here. Recently i went in looking for proper OFC cable for my new setup. The audio expert(sorry didn't grab your name) really new his stuff and immediately pointed me in the right direction. He even came out to my van to give me some pointers. Gave his honest opinion on sound deadening material, which saved me time and $$. Also thanks to the young fella who showed me around some of the latest head units and fixed me up with a steering wheel control harness for a Hyundai Iload. I was amazed as to what they keep in stock, the customer service and even looked after me on prices. If you need ANY car audio related items, i highly, highly recommend coming here. Thank you guys so much.

Would give 0 if I could.Seems store manager wirh beard himself needs to do training.Came to buy battery which first of all they said they couldn't fit in because you need a bracket, when I mentioned the bracket comes with it, manager just shrugged. It's literally plug and play.Secondly, he refused to price match and said he can only to SCA and Repco. Only reason I came was because other autobarns and supercheap confirmed they were able to price match but turned out didn't have stock. When I mentioned that and said I can bring the SCA receipt to prove it, he shrugged and said its below his cost price - IT WAS LITERALY ON SALE CHEAPER THAN MY PRICE MATCH LAST WEEKLiterally called as I got out another autobarn and confirmed that it was okay to do.Completely clueless, rude and unqualified manager.

Excellent service got a great deal on a battery and they even installed on the spot. Awesome!

Located in Epping Hub it's well located with a few other Airports stores located nearby for comparison shopping. Usual extensive range of parts found in an Autobarn, spare parts, service items and accessories. Staff service was excellent. We needed an item that wasn't in stock and the counter staff were able to look it up and told us when it could be delivered to the store if we ordered it. The only issue I had was that I think the $10 order fee was steep but with the discounts on the EOFY sale still made it worth while.
