Bridging The Gap

Literally short changed about $45. Questioned them about it and they were stern they correctly counted it. Emailed their office twice, got no response. Absolute rip off. Do not go here.

Great service and very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Get ripped off every time we go, seems strange $5 short, every time seem like it the same person on the cashier ,we count before we go, will not be back... to many reviews say same ..thing

Didn't give us enough money parking poor

Only problem I've ever had here is related to the Head Office, not this branch. On bust days they can pay in 2 payments if you bring large numbers in. (I go every 6 weeks with around 6 full wheelie bins of mainly crushed cans and bottles)

Edit, Won't be going anymore. You have to do half the work yourself 5 stars down to 3.Great to be able to recycle our containers, get paid and the best bit is it gives local people jobs!

I commend the staff at bridging the gap port kennedy. Today was a hot day & the staff were visibly affected by the weather conditions yet they still remained polite & professional serving me cheerfully. All up my entire visit was 10 minutes from scanning in to being paid cash which was exactly what I expected given the website shows when the busy & quiet times are. I recieved the money I was expecting to get by a friendly cashier & I have had much the same experience on every visit to them. I have used the port kennedy facility at least a dozen times now & will continue there as I am sure to recieve the same friendly service as always. Good job guys a credit to the brand.

Went this morning to cash in bottles extra a ute full. You now have to put your containers in trolleys that are supplied instead of driving through, and are given a buzzer with a number then when ready go to the cashier. Alot of people were complaining and where not very happy. I fell some people might stop doing this now. We had to reverse up as we would of fill something like 10 trolleys

Easy to use facility. Follow markings on roadway for express drop (outside) or one of two lanes in shed. Park in parking bays against fence when waiting for service. Remain in car.Please remove lids from bottles.

Gone to rubbish. The workers clearly can't count. Counted before i dropped them. Received $8 less i should have. Fraudulent company & dishonest workers.
