Food was awesome, with exceptional customer service!! There was an error with the order via delivery food app but it was resolved easily with one phone call to the restaurant. The missing items were delivered promptly by staff/manager/owner with an apology. Will DEFINITELY be ordering again

Special instructions blatantly ignored, food arrived cold (delivery drivers fault) and the food was mediocre at best.

I went here with husband and his parents who use to live in Japan. They say this is the best sushi they have tried. We enjoyed sitting at the conveyor belt picking and choosing, and there was plenty to enjoy and a reasonable cost too.

Ordered today, but just under half the order was missing. Re-ordered missing food but, once again, some food was missing.Daughter called the restaurant to discuss the missing food. She was transferred twice, hung up on once and basically called a liar. Customer service has been the worst we have ever encountered. EVER!If we could place a zero star review, we would.

I have ordered here many times in the past and it has always been good. My son and I are vegetarian and so when ordering I always make sure to specify vegetarian. On the last order I ordered a veggie Yakisoba but received one with either pork or chicken in it, I can’t be sure as I haven’t had meat in many years, however, it was not veggie. When I called to tell them the mistake they said they could fix it if I wanted to pick it up, but I had already paid for delivery… then they suggested that I order something cheap and they can deliver what I originally ordered. I can’t say this was acceptable either as I would have been paying for delivery twice.If they could not deliver, the least they could have done was offered to refund my order, but they didn’t even do that.Unfortunately I will not be ordering from here again as though the food is decent, it’s not worth losing money if your order is wrong and they will not help if it is.

Ordered a bento pack through doordash.The sashimi portion is REALLY small not like the picture showing in the app. It’s like 9 finger-sized of salmon sashimi. The nigiri is not properly mold it falls apart once I’ve picked it up. No chopsticks provided. Overly priced. Really disappointed.
