Norik Constructions headed by Kiron Barnden undertook the renovation of our ensuite in 2018. Kiron's professionalism and eye for detail were evident at his first visit to quote for the work and continued throughout the job. He made the process stress-free for us. Kiron and all his tradesmen were friendly, knowledgeable and careful and took great pride in their work. Kiron is an excellent communicator - he always took our calls and responded promptly to text messages and emails. We were absolutely delighted with our new ensuite and remain so to this day. Once again, amazing job completed by Norik Construction, led by Kiron and his hand-picked team of expert sub-contractors. This is the 5th project that Norik have completed for me across 2 homes and almost 20 years. This was a major bathroom/laundry/office renovation which included; demolition, tiling, electrical, plumbing, and bespoke cabinetry. Not only is Kiron extremely capable and professional, he is one of the nicest guys in the industry. I highly recommend.

Kiron managed our bathroom renovation during 2021. We were really pleased with the result and appreciated his persistence on the project (with interruptions due to covid restrictions). Kiron was clear in communicating with us, organised with prior ordering and delivery of materials/fittings, diligent in organising/following up the various trades and always responded promptly if we had questions.

We were thoroughly delighted with the quality of the work, with the progress of the work and with all discussions with Kiron. It is now 6 years later and we remain very happy with what was very extensive changes to our house. He would definitely be our first choice if we were undertaking further work.

Kiron renovated our bathroom at the beginning of Covid in 2020. His advice in helping us design the layout was exceptional and he followed through with the completion of the job on time, on budget and of the highest quality.
