This company is amazing. The staff are super friendly and professional. They explain everything thoroughly, and ensured I was comfortable and understood everything. Pricing is reasonable and the business is clean and hygienic. The overall laser process was fast and I was happy with the results. I would definitely recommend going here to anyone considering tattoo removal.

Had my first session at the Removery with Jess and Monica. They were super friendly and very professional.Initially I was quite nervous but they made me feel comfortable and relaxed for what was a quick and comfortable procedure. Would highly recommend!

Great job having a stall at the Brisbane Tattoo convention last week, the staff did a top job of catching my attention.I bit the bullet and had an appointment with Jess at the Parramatta clinic today, what a champion. Not only was Jess very well informed about the tattoo removal process, we had quite a few laughs throughout the consultation. I feel absolutely confident I am in good hands. Well done Removery, you have a slick and professional outfit going on there, keep up the great work :)

I’ve been to a few places and this is the best place to get tattoo removal in Sydney as far as I’m concerned. Kate and the team really know their stuff, especially when treating different pigments and ensuring minimal pain with cold packs/cooling. I am getting quite a few tattoos removed and they’re fading very quickly, and I’ve never felt any judgement or embarrassment discussing what I want removed. 5 stars all round :)

Extremely professional, safe and caring staff. Thoroughly answering all my questions and making the experience as comfortable physically and psychologically as possible. They clearly talk you through all the steps and offered a detailed aftercare plan. I was really impressed with the treatment and facilities, everything was immaculately clean. I also felt the pricing was reasonable.Laser is not as painful as people make it out to be! Definitely worth it to be rid of a bad tattoo. If you have something you regret, this is a wonderful place to ameliorate that.
