This is not the Rose Hotel. Rose Hotel is at 54 Ferguson St. 49 Ferguson St. Is Gunn & Co estate agents. It has been for many a year.

Real shame The Rose Hotel is closing down. As one of the original Australian Pub had so much potential as it known for it good food entrainment and a place for people to socialise.

Well worth a try. The menu was good - not your usual pub only offering. I was surprised at how easy it was to get a table on a Friday night and the service was quite good.
