Totally waste of time and money donot go there.They has no ans when the truck is gonna be ready u just wait and waitAfter park the truck there for 2 week and spend 5000$ still not fixed.Had to take it different macanic

Rip off. Stay nice and clear away from tgem Unprofessional, they dont know whatthey doing .

I would never ever recommend this poor mechanic shop once your truck in there workshop your count down start they will rip you so badly don’t ever think to go heavy vehicle mechanic I made mistakes so don’t even think to search on google very badly rip you off very easily with load of bill

These guys are fantastic, when I am in Brisbane and I have truck troubles, I call these guys.They were very helpful with information on my truck troubles today, and genuinely care about getting you back on the road.Thanks to Hayden for taking my call at 9pm last night, and the 2 chaps this morning (Sorry I didn't get your names)

I would never ever recommend this business, poor customer service, poor quality and terrible team that deal with the customers directly. Emily and James ( admin and manager ), don`t know what they are doing and did rip me off for a 15 minutes service ( which was remove the cap from the adblue tank ) and charged me $80 bucks for that, I do run 7 trucks and they lost a potential customer after that, I did move recently to a warehouse close to their shop, but since they are terrible with customer service and not providing a professional service I will never bring any trucks to them in the future.P.s: James the manager also told me over the phone if I not pay he would not let me truck go out of the shop, he did close the doors while other customers were there, not professional, so because of that I would never recommend this place to anyone else.

Did unnecessary work without asking, ridiculous mark up on parts, over inflated labour charges and then did not want to resolve issues. If I could give less than 1 star I would
