I Have had some issues with my new drone, broken blade bolts and filters not fitting, and these guys have been great to deal with, always letting me know what was happening and even swapping a lens because they could find a replacement of the same brand. customer service that can be hard to find

Such a great store! Went there to solve an issue with an online delivery. Staff was very helpful and the issue was solved easily. Definitely will come back for anything drone related :). Excellent customer service!

I was sent a wrong charger with my drone purchase from DJI online - very annoying. I called the DJI store in Carindale as I was having no luck dealing with DJI’s online support team. Lachlan addressed the problem by immediately phoning the warehouse and arranging for another to be sent the following day. The charger has now arrived with a few days to space before an important photo trip of mine and I can’t thank him enough for going out of his way to help me on this occasion. In future I’ll be dealing with the Carindale store directly rather than online. Thanks a million mate !!
