Tas Geeks was able to pinpoint the problem remotely and give me advice on a fix. The service could be provided in less than 24 hours from my google search and the remote option meant we could arrange an appointment for outside usual business hours, which was great for us. Great value for money.

Dale is great and I have used Tasmanian Geeks on a number of occasions. Dale and the team are helpful, knowledgeable and professional. What makes them really good to use is the service is excellent and they are quick. They always respond quickly to resolve the issues. They understand that when you are a business there is always an urgency in getting things fixed as soon as possible. Other IT fixers seem to be in no hurry and think taking your laptop away for a couple of weeks is not a big deal. Dale and the team can do onsite and remote fixing which is really helpful.
