Many thanks to Junior for his attention to detail installing my Farmhouse Grey vinyl flooring. The bathroom was very tricky with many difficult edges. The placing of floor grates was exceptional, the plumber was most impressed when doing waterproofing.

Carpet Court in Penrith were great! From Kate's assistance through to installation they were helpful, informative and friendly, and we love the new carpet.Also a special shout-out to Peter Scott our installer who was prompt & professional, resolved a few tricky issues and overall did a wonderful job.

Fantastic Experience and Amazing Installers!We decided to have our whole house re-floored, as we had terrible tiles downstairs and cheap carpet on the stairwell and upstairs. Sean at Carpet Court Penrith was not only very knowledgeable, but he was very patient as I changed my mind a few times before finally settling on vinyl planks.A huge THANK YOU to their amazing installers, Junior and his son Sebastian who carried out the work of prepping and installing our new vinyl planks. Two of the nicest and most genuine tradesmen my husband and I have ever met. Junior is extremely detail orientated and was very transparent with some extra prep work he found upstairs too which I am incredibly grateful for. We recently replaced water-damaged carpet in one of our rooms with vinyl plank flooring and everyone at Carpet Court Penrith made the experience smooth and simple. The staff in the showroom were supportive with thinking through our choices and patient with our indecisiveness. Sean who came to measure for the quote was friendly, helpful and made us feel really comfortable with the process. And finally Junior who did the actual work of installation was just brilliant. Punctual, polite and very easy to have around the home. The flooring is impeccable and we all love it. We’ll be back when it’s time for the next project!

Carpet Court recently completed two jobs for us - the first to carpet a gallery area, and the second to provide and install quality Cushion Stone Cool Grey vinyl tiles in a living and kitchen area - quite a large job.From the very beginning of our enquiries Susie, Jess and the team were interested, listened, and understood what we were after. We could not be happier with the product we purchased which was competitively priced.The installers of both the carpet and the tiles were professional and very clean. We were particularly impressed with the vinyl tile installers who prepared and completed the job in a professional and timely fashion. And they cleaned up after themselves at all times! The staff were lovely, thank you Kate and Tracey and the installer Junior was fantastic. He did an excellent job on our new vinyl plank floors. I know where to go when we want to upgrade our carpet.

We recently had our second story fitted with new carpet from Carpet Court Penrith. We really enjoyed working with Jess in sales - we felt like she had the attention to detail, was professional and knowledgeable. We felt that we were in good hands and after getting comparable quotes from two other companies were pleased to know that despite the quality of their carpet, their attention to detail and free measure & quote - they still came well under their competitors.
