Requested for paint match up as per sample, unfortunately they were unable to match what I wanted on the day. They reimbursed me 20kg drum of jelly beans each time they fall through with the simple task of stand back, hands in pocket and match paint! Wow considering circumstances aha it's a joke. See how they go over time. I have 1.8 tonne of jelly beans so far and happy to continue to load up at their cost, not mine.

These people have an extensive range of anything to do with paints or painting equipment. Very helpful with advice, and friendly and efficient to deal with. I cannot recommend them highly enough - 6 stars.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Calling the office first to see if they had the product I wanted, which they replied of.course they have. On arrival after driving there for 1 hour they told me that they had nothing of the sort, and wouldn't help me even trying to find a similar product. Rude and arrogant. I will never return or recommend.

Called and had some paint mixed up over the phone, and had my sister pick it up for me. When she went in however she was treated very poorly, and the younger bloke said some very rude remarks out the back that my sister overheard.

Good old family run paint shop...excellent store has everything you want ,and the knowledge to go with it !great staff, all know there products, quite a large selection.....well priced very helpful highly recommend......

I have tried numerous times with this store, unfortunately each time I become more dissatisfied. I have had a couple of reasonable service experiences, although majority of the time the staff have been lackingany motivation to help me at all.Sick of receiving paint KITS" with one or more components either substituted or missing without any further consultation.At first I second guessed myself

Most useless company I ever had to deal with, after 2 month fixing airless spray unit there couldn’t even reply to emails anymore! No good don’t waste your time with them time wasters!!!
