Used the travel agency part of the services here to book airfare tickets for an upcoming trip to SEA, not only did they keep the price quoted to me over the phone (some travel agents tell you the price fluctuates so they can't promise anything) they also price matched the entry visa price from another travel agent down the road. Confident in their services and will use them again in the future.
