They were able to fix a broken necklace with a link that was most impossible to recognise that it was slightly different to the original broken link. Very well done. Worth using to repair broken jewellery.

I must say that the amount of patience the saleswoman had for me and my endless questions was admirable.I apologize for forgetting her name (lol, I told you I would forget!).The service was above and beyond and also included a lot of help and explanations about items I was interested in.I really enjoyed being there and I will definitely be back!Thank you, dear!

Loverly shop to visit, good range of beads. Got what I needed. Only very minor thing missing was examples of bead art, which I have only seen in a shop in Parafield SA.

When my soon-to-be daughter-in-law wanted to choose some beads for her wedding dress, Heidi agreed to make herself available to personally assist us, which she did even with a last minute change of time. The best bead store I’ve come across! Heidi and steven are so helpful and I love going in there and looking at their range I always have so much fun! They have amazing stock always. And it’s very easy to order online to. Can’t recommend harmony beads enough!
