It is very sad the man at this restaurant was so rude. Tried calling 6 times no worries, drive there only to be met with rudness. We have eaten there before (1 yr ago) and the food is very good so thank you to the chef. Because of this man's rudness however, we won't be back. There is no need for such behaviour, bad attitude and the menu was very over priced. Another couple walked away before me as he was also rude to them. Spicy Thai in Mission Beach received our business and omg the food and service was amazing and delicious. So thank you rude man we ended up having the best Thai we've ever had.

Source another option. Very Disappointing. Owner doesn't want to be there and it really shows in the poor attitude & service on the phone and in person. Offers Take Away only and times are 60 to 90 minutes. Menu doesn't reflect current pricing and he appears to just make up the total. Our beef and pork belly dishes were mostly vegetables.We tried to support local but it was poor experience.

The best authentic Thai food I’ve tasted in mission beach. Me and my partner ordered pretty late on Friday (7:15 pm and they close 7:30 pm) but the guy was kind enough to still take our orders. We ordered 5 dishes on the menu and it did not disappoint. Portion was so much that it lasted us until Sunday lunch! Every time we would have it, we couldn’t help but say how good it was. Every bite was yum! 5 stars for us.

Best Thai food I've had in Australia - and maybe ever!!!! And that for very low prices!! The owner and his Thai wife cook by themselves. Delicious! Very recommandable!

Miserable old man, rude and talks to you like it’s a inconvenience. Pointed at a board to say he put his prices up, you couldn’t read it so when I pointed this out, he said he wrote it ages ago? And ? He needs to retire before he destroys the business. Ordered the chicken Massaman curry, 4 very small pieces of chicken, mostly veg, very poor. Last time there.

Today we were pretty hungry and tired. We were searching any food on the local, and suddenly found this restaurant. The food was really really amazing and delicious. Such as healing our spirit because of these delicate food. Thank you for the Chef.

We decided to call Mission Thai after we found out the closer Thai restaurant to us was fully booked out. We were reserved about this due to recent reviews. When we called the owner was honest, informing us they could only do take away due to being short staffed and he didn’t want to provide bad service. We really appreciated this honesty and placed an order. The food was ready for us at the agreed time and all of our party of 6 enjoyed the dishes, they were very tasty. The angry noodles had a good level of chili! Thank you.

Rang Mission Thai for booking as very busy at the moment and everywhere is booked out for a meal. Owner was great fitted us in at a time that suited for children to eat. Food was amazing!!!! Hands Down would recommend especially for timely and tasty meals from a husband and wife team.
