had 2 appointments booked go in my girlfriend gets 7 letters on her takes 10 mins legit !! afterwards is my turn but decides its lunchtime that's fine no prob tho told to come back in an hour we wait around for another hour to be told oh hold on drawing a moon and doing a small amout of shading isn't my forte!!!!! but our other guy is good at that so I'll let him do it oh but can't do it for 2 weeks... planned whole day around getting this tattoo for that instead charged 200 for her 10 minutes 7 letter job and told my other 100 can go towards my booking in 2 weeks with the other artist... well keep the 100 not interested in coming back after the struggle to even get a someone to make a booking amd when i finally do it couldn't even get it done ... thanks for nothingUnprofessional!!!!!Overpriced!!!!!Time wasters!!!!!

Great place to get a tattoo or a hair cut.. Everyone is very friendly and prices are reasonable.

UPDATE: The customer care after contacting for compensation was impeccable. I really appreciate you guys taking care of my issue.Today, I received a haircut I'm pretty unhappy with. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the hairdresser's name. First, when he was chopping with scissors, i could feel the roots of my hair being pulled, which was pretty uncomfortable. because he was rushing, he also chopped his own finger, which made me feel more uneasy. Then, when my hair was being blow-dried, he was pushing the diffuser into my head to the point of it being painful. Then, the whole diffuser detached and bumped off my head. He proceeded to put it back on and continue. Of course, it fell off again. Upon returning home, my roommates told me how uneven the cut looks and how poorly the fade was executed.For a 40 dollar service, I was really expecting a quality experience and result that I certainly didn't recieve. The reason that I came to your store was because of how amazing my first service with you was, I dont remember the name of that hairdresser either (he had really curly hair). Honestly I would like to recieve some kind of compensation because this is not what I paid for.

Just had my first tattoo and was a little apprehensive.Like most I guess, this was extremely personal to me and important that it was correct. Kevin did an amazing job, very engaging and an absolute perfectionist. He ensured the process was comfortable and his light touch was pretty much painless.Although my tattoo was simple, Kevin clearly recognised how important it was to me and took the the time to ensure it was exactly what I wanted.Highly recommended

I was excited to get this tattoo.. It was supposed to be a symbol of my life as a gamer and my favourite character. After planning for over a month, getting to the day of the tattoo the design looked rushed and changed a lot. I particularly did not mind the design choices in the end but when I got into doing the tattoo we were done in only 4hour when it should have been at least a 6 hour job...I look at this tattoo now in which I recieved 4months ago and it has faded immensily, the details are poorly done and not close to the source image. It seemed like the artist wanted to get the job done and get paid.If you're looking to get a tattoo from here, make sure to get someone who is passionate about the style you want and not just doing it for the paycheck, huge dissapointment
