Do not engage this company! Any company would have compensate damaged items of guests due to their own negligence, but Lesley Morgan refused to file an insurance claim. It is looking like Cargal apartments and Bowen travel does not have the right insurance policies in place.

Management and customer service is ATROCIOUS! Lesley did not get details from her guests in this apartments because should any accidents happen, she does not want to be liable.My brand new laptop was damaged because the management did not maintain the unit well- the pipe burst and since water damage is irreversible, she would have to compensate it. It’s soooo easy to file an insurance claim but she ignored our calls. She didn’t have the right insurance policy.This is one bad review but don’t hear from us - search them on Facebook and Tripadvisor and you will see others have really bad experience with Lesley.Basically when it comes to paying people, she ignored them and knows her way around it. Obviously not her first rodeo! Since you’re reading this, I advice you to RUJ before you engage. Safe you the hassle to deal with this lack of empathy lady.

So clean and spacious! Absolutely no reason for a 1 star rating.
