Blue Wren Farm

Saturday lunch time, the rain is falling down. The owner makes sure we are surrounded by heaters and offers blankets.The menu is refined, though as there aren't any of the allergy guides by the items it is hard to see which I can choose from due to this there are a lot of questions for the waitress.Once that is cleared up the four of us order some things to share and some things for ourselves, with of course a few wines to compliment our choices.Everything was delicious and now it is time for dessert which would be perfect with a side of tea, or coffee or at a stretch a hot chocolate but alas NO hot beverages are served.The only disappointment with an otherwise fantastic meal.

We had lunch for 8 at the Blue Wren farm. The food was fantastic. The service was excellent. Simon was our waiter and he really made the experience with the descriptions of the food. The instant camaraderie between us as guests and Simon really makes us want to come back again. Thoroughly recommend this for a long lunch for a group of people. Great choice of wines to go with the food. The only thing I would add was coffee as this isn't currently available.

We had a birthday lunch on Saturday the 17th and had a brilliant experience. The food was exceptional for the price.Simon looked after us and could not of been more hospitable, he went above and beyond to make our day 10/10.

We had a special 60th wedding anniversary at Blue Wren Farm, the food was amazing and very memorable. The table service was commensurate with a fine dining experience. The Zero alcohol bubbly was overpriced however everything else was in line with expectations. It was a great lunch.

Despite the severe heath, which was no fault of your own. We had a fantastic time and more importantly so did the bride groom. your staff are amazing and food was great. Thank you!

Thank you Blue Wren for hosting our beautiful day. Sophie was BEYOND accomodating and her staff were amazing. It was a hot day and the staff were making sure everyone was as comfortable as possible. We couldn’t be happier.

Near new barn like venue, a little noisy due to hard surfaces but the food, wines and service all top notchWe will be back next time we visit MudgeeReturning guests are perhaps the best recommendation.

Highly recommend this farm / winery which is also a great lunch spot! The venue is beautifully maintained with a small pond of 3 ducks, a sandpit and farm toys for kids and a chicken house. The food was fantastic especially their pasta which I considered one of the best in the world! Definitely book ahead as we came on a Monday and it was still very busy with large tour groups. Prices are not cheap $160 for family of 3 but it’s worth the visit.

We had an outstanding celebration lunch at Blue Wren restaurant and couldn't recommend highly enough! The food was truly exceptional, so fresh and flavourful, and enjoyed thoroughly be adults and kids alike. The service was fantastic, and the setting is just beautiful. Thanks for making our celebration so special!
