I bought some boots from RSEA on the company credit card and lost the receipt. I phoned up Michelle 3 weeks after the purchase and she spent an hour searching through records for the day of purchase and eventually found my receipt. What a champion she is, first class customer service all the way. She saved me a 'please explain' from my company. Will definitely be coming back thanks to her :)

Great location next to Bunnings. Plenty of parking. Good staff. Ask for the “Good Looking Guy Discount”. I got a bag for using that catch. ;)

staff was lovely and super helpful, the lady that helped me did everything she could to help me exchange my shoes and make it as easy as possible. i didnt catch her name but im im pre sure she was a manager, thank you guys so much!

I have now been in your Joondalup store twice and I was greeted with a smile and a hello from a young lady who`s name I did not catch, the young lady couldn`t help me so she called a lady named Lisa, I dealt with Lisa once before and she was extremely helpful then and this time Lisa went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I was after even as far as contacting the Rep who came out to see us so now we are on our way to better thing. Thank you Lisa keep up the great work

I Used to come here for safety and work wear regularly, but not anymore.RSEA no longer stock Cat or Timberland branded work wear, and now only stock cheaply made poor quality brands Eleven and FXD. If you are a normal size person, forget it, they do not stock normal sizes, only ridiculously small or comically big.Customer service was awful also, the man (glasses + messy hair) behind the counter looked tired and bored and was the least bit helpful, i couldn't wait to leave so i could go elsewhere

Very good variety and brands to fit everyone's work requirements and comfort however one big downside to the store is they do not price match, seriously in this day and age when everyone has information to prices at their tip of their finger this is a bad business strategy as I was prepared to buy some work boots however they were 60 dollars or more over the first few places I found online so I just purchased them online...
