Nothing from their website was in the shop and what was in the shop, were very damaged overpriced items. Opened one fridge which stunk of chlorine and another wouldn’t open due to the door being broken.

What a terrible experience! The ‘one star’ given is being over generous.Not only were the goods supplied faulty - including the replacement model they sent - but the staff were un-knowledgeable and hard to get a straight answer out of.Only the mention of formal legal proceedings, jolted them into action.If you seek poor customer service, supply of questionable goods and have the spare time to engage them in endless text messages, site visits and phone calls when seeking a refund….then (Un)Lucky White Goods are the company for you!For anyone else, my advice is don’t be seduced by the cheap prices and avoid at all costs.

The assistant is very nice but they was advertising dishwashers on Gumtree. We went in to see them and they wasn't there. The assistant called someone to ask about them and spoke in a foreign language (she could speak good English) so we have no clue what she was saying.

This company misrepresented the fridge I purchased as 'in excellent working condition' when it was not. When I called to rectify the issue, the woman who answered the phone repeatedly told me the manager would call me back. He did not. I recommend you avoid this company to prevent you from wasting money and time. I am in the process of pursuing a claim against it.

Fabulous serviceJust walk in the store before even purchasing anything ,the saleswoman Disha offered us water and we were after a heat pump dryer it was new with some scratches and we had a deal in next 10mins and it got delivered same day.Will surely recommend my family and friends

Wouldn't recommend this company at all, very unprofessional and a waste of time. Organised to get a TV delivered through an online add of the company, went in to the store to pay and to confirm the delivery address and time, when I was left waiting for 15 minutes for the staff to hear back from their manager. When the manager finally got back to them I was informed that the TV they had told me would be available was in fact not in stock and they couldn't tell me when it would be in stock again. The company were not only falsely advertising online, but staff were also confirming pricing, stock and delivery details without any knowledge. Essentially wasted half a day of my time for absolutely nothing.

Avoid at all cost. Falsely claiming 'factory seconds' & 'brand new appliances'. We bought a 'frost free' fridge which is producing more ice than the south pole! They were bringing us a 'new' fridge which was extremely well used and damaged. Our first fridge even had mould in it. Trying to arrange delivery is extremely frustrating. They either don't arrive, arrive late or unannounced and then want to give you a hard time about having to wait on you. Definitely false advertising, the delivery fellow said all their good are second hand. The fridge they tried to pass of to us was extremely damaged. They should be investigated and closed down for blatantly misleading consumers.
