Visiting Hume Dental Group was a seamless and exceptional experience, to say the least.The appointment was scheduled very promptly, and the receptionist was warm and welcoming.We came in for a clean of the teeth, and results-wise, it was phenomenal - even going above and beyond to examine the teeth for future issues.When you feel a place truly cares for you and your needs, it becomes an experience one truly cherishes.

Have not been to this clinic since before COVID however was very keen to rebook now we are out of lockdown. My dentist I recall was quite good however admin staff extremely disappointing, make you feel unwelcome and like it was a burden to make a suitable appointment. Unfortunately the customer service has driven me away despite the good dental practice as I recall it being very much like this the first time I attended this clinic. Please remember the importance of something so basic as good service for future clients!

Disgusting service, very money hungry and horrible trashy service. Highly wouldn’t recommend. Extremely unprofessional, after paying thousands for my teeth, my pain was persistent and had to extract teeth at another clinic. Charged my wife $100 before entry then proceeded to tell her he couldn’t do the procedure and would not refund. Absolutely atrocious customer communication, save your money and find another experienced qualified dentist.

Dr Amjad is an amazing dentist, he is very professional and looked after my elderly dad. My dad had no teeth and now has a beautiful set of implants thanks to Dr Amjad service. Highly recommend!!!!

My wife Kien, our daughter Susan and I have been patients of Dr Amjid Muhammed since before he started his own practice, now many years ago. He is a very kind, knowledgeable and skilled Dentist. His staff also are of the highest calibre. He and his staff have maintained consistently high best practise standards throughout our many years of seeing him. We attend at his practice at least every 6 months. He is a fine and moral man and he has a great, caring practice. He maintains the highest standards in all he does in his profession, in his family and in the community.

Unpleasant. Unprofessional. Unacceptable. The lack of respect shown by the team who run this practice is deplorable. They will no doubt respond with their generic cop-out of 'this person hasn't attended the clinic' however one only needs to look through the other reviewers comments who have had similar experiences to appreciate the merit in these comments. To those considering Hume dental, stay away!

Very bad customer service having my braces on not even 2 days and they very weak called the dentist multiple times asking for appointments to get my bracing fixed and told them it’s urgent it they keep saying no doctors available but when comes to money they sent too many emails unfortunately waste of time and money.Front desk people are very Rude and don’t respect anyone.

I rely on Hume Dental Clinic for the dental health of myself and my two sons. Have been going there since the boys had teeth. Wonderfully friendly environment with professional dentists of the highest calibre. Another benefit is they are part of the BUPA members first network so I get to use the family’s health insurance to best advantage. Highly recommended!!

I have been attending the clinic for 15+ years. I used to suffer from terrible anxiety as a child whenever I turned up to get my teeth cleaned. At my very first visit, the reception staff pushed back the appointment to give me space and brought me some water. They were kind and friendly.My dentist took the time to slowly talk through the process with me to make sure I was comfortable and cared enough to do so every appointment afterwards until I was able to overcome my fear. I felt respected and received excellent dental care. I still attend this clinic as an adult having moved out of home and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Would highly recommend.

My experience with Hume Dental Clinic has been fantastic! I see Dr Amjid for a dental checkup every 6 months like clockwork. I get a convenient reminder to attend my appointment, I show up to the clinic and am greeted with a warm smile from the friendly staff. Wait times are short - within a few minutes I’m whisked away to start the procedure.Here’s why I keep coming back to Hume Dental Clinic. Dr Amjid already knows my history before the start of the procedure. At the start of the appointment he enquires about my general health condition as well as new developments specific to my teeth. Throughout the procedure he takes particular care to explain what he is doing, why he is doing it, and that I’m comfortable. At the end of the procedure he recounts his observations about the health of my teeth and then explains how my general health and the health of my teeth are connected and what I can do to ensure both remain in good stead moving forward.I wish all health professionals cared this much about their patients!I recommend Hume Dental to everyone!
