Rockmans Gungahlin

Yesterday, I found a gorgeous dress at your store. I went to pay for it and the customer service attendant asked 'is this your size?' I replied 'yes' and she followed up with 'did you try this on?' I replied 'yes'. This is completely insensitive. This dress could have been for a family member or something I could have wanted to work towards. If this dress didn't fit me or look as good as it did, I would have walked out. Customer service attendants are there to help not put down customers. I hope this does get rectified because I would hate for any other female to feel as awful as I did yesterday.

The staff at Rockmans Gungahlin are rude and disgusting to customers! I went into the store today with my mother who spends a lot of money here and has an entire wardrobe full of Rockmans clothing. They have a sign up in their change rooms asking customer to re hang there garments and return them to the rack outside the dressing room! I’m sorry I work long and hard five days a week and I am not paid the weekend rate to do YOUR work!The store was quiet, what else do they do when they aren’t serving customers!? The mature aged women running the store today proceeded to tell me my top was inside out.She took the items off me that I wanted to purchase, put the sale through and left two items out of the sale which I only noticed because I checked the pile of tops once I had come out of the dressing room!She then walked off and apologised to someone who was wanting to speak with her as if we were the inconvenience, this is disgusting as we are the paying customers!I hope this store goes bust or this woman faces the consequences of her rude actions!

Do not go here if you look too young to shop here according to the staff.I decided to go shopping for mother's day today seeing as you were open. Figured this would be logical considering it's tomorrow. My mother has purchased from your store before and was after a black knit for over denim not a cardigan. I was greeted with 'Can I help you today youngens?' I'm 25 and my partner is the same age. I was unaware your store has an age policy. I explained the situation ignoring the discriminatory statement hoping it was some sort of lack of judgement. She said she doesn't have anything as the shipments for winter stopped coming because of the closure which I said was understandable. I said I'd continue to look around anyway. She then came back saying she found a white and black knit in the other part of the store. I said it looked nice and asked if she may have my mother's size in the system from previous purchase. She said yes but then decided to say 'this is a full priced product, it's $90.00'. I said okay? And? She said 'i just thought I would let you know'. So now another judgement from your staff- am I being told I can't afford to buy the knit? I asked if she could check for her size in the system to which she said yes. We went to the counter where she voiced the computer wasn't giving her the information she needed. After Then waiting maybe 5 minutes for her to figure out if she can get a size from the profile or not she decided to point at a $30 knit and said 'that one there is $30.00' I said no she won't like that pattern. She then proceeded to tell me and my partner she can't find the size to which I responded, that's fine I'll just bring her in. When are you open next? She said 'we aren't sure yet' so I said thats okay. She then told me, not asked. Told. Me. To buy a gift card. I told her I don't buy gift cards I'd rather physically give her a gift. She proceeded to push me for the gift card. Then another member of staff joined in on the gift card idea. I left and will not be coming back until staff are trained appropriately for customer service.I will not be judged for my age or what it looks like I can afford from a retail worker.This happened at gungahlin market place at around 1:45.

Rude staff. I was there on Monday evening with my son. He was helping me to choose a trouser, A sales person approached my son and rudely told him not to mess up her pile(even though he hasn't done anything wrong). He was teary and we had to leave the shop. I will never go to this shop again and will not recommend to anyone.
