I was advised by a previous Microsoft client to ring Microsoft direct as he had a similar problem such as mine and they were able to offer immediate assistance. I phoned and was helped firstly by a very courteous call centre operator, then an intuitive technical operator and finally a very good technician. After a lengthy period of time all my my computer faults were corrected and assistance offered for the future with a comprehensive maintenance service agreement. I would say the level of service was most acceptable and the job well done by all staff and I would highly commend them.

I have been using the services of My Tech Support for a good 18 months or more and I can only say that I have been extremely happy with their services. They offer a 24/7 service and that is exactly what they deliver. I always work with Davis Paul who is nothing short of excellent. He is a very pleasant patient person and his knowledge and tech support is 2nd to none. I can highly recommend anyone wishing to use My Tech Support to engage the assistance of Davis Paul. I am not technically minded at all so therefore I very heavily rely on his services and never once has he failed my expectations. I can only rate My Tech Support and Davis Paul 10 out of 10 every time.

I found my experience with mytech squad to be completely thorough. The technician Davis was extrememly professional and very patient with me as I am have basic knowledge of computers. He spent countless hours on live chat and remotely controlling my computer ensuring that I was completely satisfied and happy. I first discovered MyTechSquad after my computer crashed. I called them and paid to have 1 year support best thing I ever did. Everyone was helpful and friendly and fixed any issues immediately. Davis has been the best person to know he is a wiz and always fixes everything without any problem. I would highly recommend them to any future customers.Best service ever Very happy John

MytechSquad, ,I haved used TechSquad for the first time.I thought I would be connected to USA and was not happy with that.I did not know that my registry was corrupted.I look forward to the future.I still use W 7 on my laptop. Would H& S help me transfer ,which i understand is this yearI was very happy with the patience of Davis.
