Body Stretch Studio
I wasn’t sure what to expect from my first session and I couldn’t believe how good I felt after ‘just stretching’ - I came away feeling so much more relaxed and loose and feeling an inch taller! Who knew a good stretch could feel so good?! I definitely need to incorporate stretching into my self care routine. Thank you Angie!
