I wouldn't use anyone else for my elactrical needs

I have used these guys for the second time today and they have performed, as always, very good. They come on time, are friendly and professional. I have only had one minor issue with a fan which they resolved quickly and without fuss. Today I had a cooktop installed and they were over $50 cheaper than the other quote I got. I highly recommend Power Doctors for their price and service.

I recently called Power Doctors to look at my smoke detectors that were malfunctioning. Peter came out the same day and the problem was detected and resolved fast and efficiently. I highly recommend their services as they are friendly and highly professional.

AVOID the Powerdoctors...Dishonest, incompetent, and extremely untrustworthy. There is absolutely no way there was a misunderstanding!!He has rewired a whole 2 bedroom flat that did not need rewiring.Cost $2700 plus over $2000 in damage. More work to do now than when I started ($3800 quote from another contractor)Peter from Power Doctors has totally deliberately ripped me off. The smiling thief. I paid sight unseen as I work away and have turned up to a nightmare.I called Peter from the Powerdoctors out to run a heavier duty wire to the stove (induction) and repair a damaged wire also in the kitchen. I had already grooved the wall for the cable myself which I showed him. There was no other new power wiring required outside of this kitchen area. Now there are wires running down machined grooves in the exposed brick bedroom walls ($2000 to render walls) and then drilled through into the kitchen (comes out 70mm from where my still empty groove is)He has rewired the whole rest of the flat (with grooves) to places there was already a perfectly good wire. He had asked if I wanted fans and I said no as there was only a single wire and I did not want to spend the money on rewiring when there was already an airconditioner. He said it was not necessary to rewire so I agreed to have fans in the two bedrooms. He ignored this and has run two wires to all the points even in the living room where the air conditioner is.I was convinced to also do the tv antenna and as the ceilings were being replaced let them set up for the downlights while the ceiling was out to save money. This only requires installing powerpoints as they come with a lead and plug for easy installation. He said it would take just half an hour per room in front of the plasterer. He was also meant to replace the old powerpoints and switches with newer thin profile ones.Other than the antennae none of these other jobs were done. There is just a mess of wires running everywhere connected to nothing.When I stated my suprise at the jobs done and the cost I asked for a quote to finish the job taking into account the high cost already and he said he would do it by the next day. After this he and his secretaries have just ignored or provided lip service to all my calls and have offered no solution or compensation.Despite being ripped off the worst thing is he has put multiple long grooves through the middle of the exposed brick walls in the bedrooms which now means they have to be completely rendered. This is after I had showed him the groove I had already made in the kitchen wall for the stove wiring. The ceilings were out and he had no need or reason to do this.He charged me for four people for over a day each in labour. $2050+ gst of labour as he new I was going to be away for work and he convinced me to let them in the when the plasterer had the ceiling out to SAVE MONEY".Save Your Money and use someone else. Power Doctors are ripoffs and basically thieves."

Urgently needed outdoor light installed. Found Peter and his team extremely easy to deal with. So can highly recommend.
