Interesting store with a lot of stock, but you have to spend a lot of time sifting through the woman's wear to find something that isn't fast fashion. Also had a weird encounter that they (in front of me at the till) upped the price 'because it was designer' (the item wasn't designer, it was just nice). Kinda upset they looked at me and assumed that was appropriate, I was there because I can't afford shopping retail.

Well!!! Large store but whomever does the pricing is not from this planet and all the good things are NOT FOR SALE! Everything in the store is donated and a silver plate for $70 in a op shop is not right... I have also seen glasses that we own for sale here for more than they cost new... $1 from Ikea and $3 there? Just saw a FREE Hungy Jack's glass for $5 and a Made in China" cow print dinner set for $150... TOTAL JOKE"

I found some great items BUT the staff were watching and following me the whole time like I was some kind of shop lifter? I understand some shops have high shop lifting rates but you’re going to drive away your customers with this kind of harassment.

Great store, fairly large as it also has furniture. Good assortment of books which is what I like. I did buy a pair of pants the other day and was happy with the condition and the price.

There is no customer service at this store. I cringe when I want to go and pay because every time I am interrogated about my items. I like to buy DVDs for my kids and its weird the always demand to know where I got them from(um the DVD section) and why they aren't priced (isn't that their job?) Then they proceed to open every DVD in front of me and my children and if deemed too scratched they bin it right in front of my kids. I don't understand why they don't check the DVDs before allowing customers to buy them...it upsets my kids. Also they sort clothing by colour not size so takes forever to go through and find items.Things are very over priced and the ladies were very rude to me when I nicely offered $60 for a jacket they had marked at $80 which I thought was more than reasonable. So I went to leave and they were talking about me behind my back.Went online and got the same jacket for $20....won't be shopping there anymore. I can see im not the only one who sees a problem with this store.

probably one of the most expensive op shop in the world. I see furniture selling for like brand new price. I even saw a set of drawers selling at $1200. They are given these items free but decide to rip people off. Are they a charity or a business??I wonder who does the pricing as it shows how out of touch this person is.It's a rip off. I heard other customers say the same..The shop was set up to help people and we all get a bargain. it seems they lost the plot and evolved into Harrods.. stop ripping people off..

Large well stocked store, however it's the only shop where men's casual shirts arranged by colour and not by sizes. Ridiculous. Also $15 for shirts is getting too expensive.Other welfare shops with their own overheads and offering similar items are far cheaper.

Where do I start?1. They sort clothes by colour and not size. Not sure what the point of that is as I didn't bother to browse when I saw that was being done.2. Customer service was non existent. Placed purchases on the counter and was not acknowledged by either staff member behind counter who started sorting them. Not even a hello to be had. First words from them were to bark out that a CD was $4 because there were 2 discs.3. Over abundance of signs stating no price no sale. They were everywhereUnfriendly environment. No wonder the store only had a couple of customers.Try Lifeline, Salvo's and Save the Children around the corner where at least there was a good afternoon and a smile to be had
