I completed my first half marathon on the weekend all thanks to DOSE! I never thought I would be able to do 21 km at a pace of 4.31! a personal PB. I had been going to the Monday sprints classes for the last few months and they have dramatically improved my running pace. I normally hate sprints - But DOSE makes them fun and supportive. Scarlett was also incredibly helpful with what type of nutrition I should be focusing on leading up to the run and also gave me some great tips for on the day!

I have just completed my first programme with Dose and completed a trail Half Ultra marathon! I was runner before joining Dose, but Scarlett has taught me so much about improving my running technique, pace and distance. Best of all, the group is very social, friendly and supportive, and there are runners doing distances from 5km to Ultra Marathons! Scarlett has been available any time if I need support or guidance, and extremely supportive and inspiring. Highly recommended for all running abilities!

I recently completed the 8 week beginners DOSE Running course and I am so so grateful for the help Scarlett gave me, I went from not having ran in years, to completing 5km nonstop and feeling full of energy and injury free! Scarlett was very specific in terms of knowing exactly the training, stretches, breaks etc I needed to do in order to feel my best and thrive whilst running. When I first started with the ‘Learn and Return to Run’ class I was quite nervous, but as soon as I got there Scarlett greeted me with a huge smile and and a positive, helpful attitude. Definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to learn/return to running, or to the more advanced runners who simply want to just have some fun, enjoy their runs with others, and learn helpful and useful tips along the way.

Scarlett at DOSE Running has been amazing. Prior to starting to work with her 5-6 months ago, I struggled to run 5km... I can now comfortably run 16km's.. and working my way up! The way Scarlett has programmed my runs has ensured they are achievable, yet still challenging, and have left me looking forward to each and every run. I never thought I would be able to run as fast, or as far as I can comfortably now run, and I couldn't have done it without DOSE. Would highly recommend whether you are inexperienced or experienced and looking to improve and enjoy running!

DOSE Running has been the most transformative experience for my running. Before finding DOSE I always ending up injured leading up to events and never able to sustain long term running. Scarlett Duncan and her team have taken a me from a one event a year runner to doing 4 Half Marathons and a Marathon in the last year.Best of all is the commitment to making the training sessions suit many levels. We all are trying our best to improve, but we don't all run at the same pace. It's the sense of community and support for each other that really sets DOSE Running apart.If you want to enjoy your running I highly recommend giving DOSE a go.

My son did a private session today with Scarlett to help with running for soccer. He got so much out of the session and came away really motivated. She explained everything clearly to him and provided personal advice to improve his technique and fitness. We wouldn't hesitate to contact Scarlett again for advice. She really knows her stuff!

DOSE Running has been fantastic. After a few years dealing with injuries, I'm running better than i have for years, and injury free. Best of all, I'm enjoying running more than I have in ages. Scarlett is great. She always delivers a great session, and mixes things up a bit. And she's created a fantastic community of runners who are friendly and welcoming. I'd recommend DOSE to anyone who's thinking about starting running, getting back into it, or looking for a bit more variety in their runs.
