The staff are great and products reasonable good value.The reason for 3 Stars is twofold. One is the number of days my preferred milk is NEVER there in the afternoons and I simply cannot get there before 4pm. The second is this STUPID new trial with cameras that detect purchases made elsewhere that are in the trolley. Consequently, I have started to shop elsewhere when I can.

I think this is the worst Woolworths on the southern Gold Coast! Never any baked bread or bread rolls like they used to have. Hardly any good salads to choose from. Soft drinks or cereal are never in stock - I have to ask staff to go out the back to look & then wow..they find some. There's no frozen chips or ice cream .. well sometimes. Go to 19th Ave or The Pines at least they have STOCK & put it out. What's going on at Stockland in Burleigh?!

Not a great supermarket, the day I was there, was before midday and the place looked untidy and not particularly clean with lots of empty shelves. Burleigh Stocklands is a good shopping centre, so it was disappointing to find such a lack lustre Woolworths supermarket. We pay exorbitant prices for most products and the least such places should provide is an immaculate physical facility for both perishable and non perishable goods.

We were shopping in Woolworths BURLEIGH HEADS 2day Wednesday, 25/JANURARY, Waited patiently to be served , eve ntually we were served by the most unfriendly young girl I have ever had the misfortune to encounter , she did not acknowledge my partner or myself , not a smile even , I paid and waited for my receipt and I was going to say thank you , but she just picked up her water bottle and walked away , I realise they were short-staffed, and I think she had to stay back a few extra minutes , Both my partner and myself were stunned by the way she just walked away , we were still waiting for the receipt , luckily there was another young staff member there and she was so nice and apologised, saying everyone was stressed out ,but that isn't an excuse for such a rude exit , the girl needs a fast lesson in good manners and how to be pleasant to the customer , such a bad look for WOOLWORTHS , and their staff training

I'm from interstate and its the worst Woolies I've been to.Hardly any stock on the shelves to choose from and the bread and cold salad area was disappointing.I was there at 11am.

Click and collect staff are absolutely lovely. Great service and very friendly.I had some of my order missing called up and they sorted out my missing items then and there, they were so busy, but it was no hassle to them at all. I am very appreciative.
