Clare the manager of woolworths northam is rude. And. Abnoxious in the way she speaks to people in all honesty i rang a few areas to try and found out why the web page online was not working and was asked about what was i trying to do and when i said about finding sbout a samsung A5 phone i was told that it was a mobile issue and that i have to be at a kiosk to get the paperwork done and have it all legal done buti told clare thisand got called a liar necause dhe soke to a person who puts them in store regularly so something needs to be done urgently

Woolworths in general have poor cuts of meat. Lamb steaks are full of sinew wich you can't chew properly and is only good for stews and curry's. I'm changing to Coles

Almost in tears. The recent decision to close shops early to service online buyers now means I have no chance. I work for Hilton food group, based in bunbury. We are now working 12hr days at 6 days a week to supply meat products to your stores. Beacuse we start 6am to expected to work til 6pm and some days pass 6pm. We have no hope in hell to attend to our household responsibilities. I am further disinfranhised because I am single, sick with bronchitis. What do I do now???. Cant access online services

I have a complaint about having to shop in Ellenbrooks main Woolworths there is a real difficulty in serving older people who do not want to go through the self serve registers, as there was only one cash register open several people with age related difficulties had to wait! though one young person on the register had to finish as their shift had finished (and I’m sure that person will not be paid overtime)The service from management to slow and very unsympathetic you cannot keep cutting staff and their wages! I for one will be reassessing where I will shop in the future.

I rang Woolworths Butler store sooo many times but never had anyone answer. Aldi does much better.

It is impossible to phone anyone to find out why certain products aren't available. Online chat, Olive, is obviously a computer and absolutely useless. I've asked staff at the Currambine store about a product and person I spoke to couldn't have cared less and didn't bother to find out from someone higher up.Frustrated and very disappointed.

Staff at counter are lovely the rest are so lazy that the shelves are alway pretty empty and I go everyday to cooby one. Time to head back to coles I thing…

The worse Deli ever! There’s never enough staff n if there is only one is able to slice the meat - there’s never enough meat sliced on display n when I ask a jnr staff member they shrug n say “no there isn’t any” n they can’t slice it if there was! The whole display is disgusting! Nothing ever looks fresh! Their fruit n vege section is the same! Woolies management visit one of the surrounding IGAs n see how it Should be done!! Or even visit Coles in Busso or in Collie!!’ Country stores that obviously have good Managers!! Obviously Yr regional mar doesn’t care either! The state of the stock or lack of in Cooby Woolies leaves a lot to be desired !!
