We recently bought a new car from here, what a great buying experience it was too. Ray was awesome to deal with, we were in Perth so didn’t have a chance to come and look at the car in person, but ray kept me in the loop throughout, sending photos organising everything that needed doing, Made the buying experience well worth it. When we picked up the car Ray spent a fair while running through all the features and how to use them. Definitely will be coming back to deal with them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used car!

Great service, friendly team and quality workmanship! The guys at Busselton Mazda went out of their way to help get me back on the road after a misfueling mistake I made. I was travelling through on a Saturday on my way round Australia when i accidently used the unleaded side of a diesel fuel pump at a local service station. Although their service department was closed, the salesmember from Busselton Mazda rang three of his competitors for me to see if he could get me back on the road that day. When that wasnt possible he booked me in first thing monday after recommending a towing company that could lock up my vehicle overnight. Even though the service department was booked out (unknown to the salesperson when booking me in) they shuffled things around so that they could get me on my way. Super impressed at the service standard. Can highly recommend the team! Going above and beyond and light years ahead of some other car dealers/service teams I've dealt with in the past. Thank you!

Busselton Mazda would have to be the best dealership I have ever experienced in Australia. Staff and Management are courteous, and go that extra mile to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. There is never any pressure of any kind. Our 4-year relationship will continue indefinitely.

High quality service, friendly professional staff. Had an issue with my vehicle going into limp mode after having travelled down from Perth. Called in Saturday morning first thing and I explained the situation to the very helpful staff member. He stated that the service area was closed for the weekend but rang the manager who said he would take a look at my car straight away. Within a few minutes he had identified the problem and said he would have it fixed 7.30 Monday morning. True to his word, fixed within an hour, covered under warranty and I was able to drive back to Perth. Great service. Refreshing change to see good old fashioned quality levels of service. Waited on a part for over 3 weeks, was told we would receive a call back every time we called for an update however never received a call. We never cancelled the order for the part and to this day we still haven't once received a call back. Wouldn't recommend.

Brilliant service today. Was concerned about an issue with a long drive ahead of me, they quickly diagnosed, told me what to do to get home safely and spoke to my local mechanic to let them know what needed to be done. Great job thanks!

Definitely wouldn't get them to work on any vehicle I owned ever again. Paid a five figure sum for them to rebuild the engine on my Triton (on their recommendation), it has done nothing but go into limp mode and drop oil since.I've since had another mechanic fix the leaks, none of the gaskets or seals had been replaced in the rebuild, there were numerous other issues that weren't done in the rebuild.I took it back to Mitsubishi several times and each time they wanted to charge me more and more money to fix things that they should have done when they supposedly rebuilt" the engine. There were cracks and chips of metal from their shoddy workmanship. Their invoice details charges for work that was never even done. The last straw was when they said I had to replace the turbo (another $5K apparently) when it was a simple MAF sensor issue.I think I've finally fixed the last of the leaks
