Lumus Imaging Norwood

The experience received here has traumatised me. I would not recommend it and, will never go back here. The door was left open when I was in the middle of getting changed. The woman who I was recommended by my doctor had a poor work ethic and, didn't have any interest of helping or working there. Didn't make me feel comfortable when being nervous as it is.Not to mention no warning when getting jabbed with the ultrasound device, cold, painful and, extremely unpleasant.The receptionist woman was very lovely however, kept me up to date with how long it would take to wait and apologised for such a long wait, which didn't bother me due to her being so polite.

I went to Norwood Saturday morning as a walk in and the person doing the X-rays was also working on the desk so credit for his multi-tasking. He advised there was a bit of wait but I was in and X-rays done within an hour which I thought is a good turnaround. I received a text the next day to say the results are now with the GP !Really happy with the service.

Visited pm of Fri 31/3/23 - Rhonda & the technical staff were professional and thorough but also warm, empathetic and accommodating for a surprise X-ray & ultrasound. As good as that experience can get! Thank you all so much, best wishes

Very pleasant receptionist, and the scan was done efficiently. This was on a Friday, and I was told that my doctor would have the report within 24 hours. Went to doctor's the following Tuesday, only to find out that the report had not been sent. The doctor had to phone and chase it up. Totally unacceptable. Lumus sent me a sms link for a review, and I complained about this experience. Have received no response or apology from them. Won't use this service again.

Always a brilliant experience at Lumus! Amazing that so many scans are bulk billed.Rhonda is always so lovely to communicate with. Makes it such a nice experience

Sonographer left my win between after doing the scan to remove gel. There are points on body where you can’t cleanup the gel by own completely, that’s was disappointing.

Very friendly and professional staff, including the lovely receptionist.I was very pleased with my experience here, bulk billing is a huge plus but the clinic seems to run on time with their appointments and are also very through. Would recommend!

Booking alternative times offered over phone in response to online booking..Only had to wait 10 minutes before X-Ray. Courteous staff

Hi - I'm so happy that you have asked me to give my opinion. It is this; the owner/manager of Lumus Imaging is very, very lucky to have the staff who were there yesterday (December 14). Why? Simply because the 2 ladies at the front were so friendly and informative. I was experiencing a negative at another department of the Norwood Medical Centre but your guys gave me a great positive. The radiographer lady was welcoming, helpful and informative and assured me she wouldn't hurt me. The employer should be very happy to have such employees. Great work!

Thank you for your care at Lumus Imaging, Norwood. I was attended in a timely manner and treated well by pleasant professional admin and nursing staff. The xrays were brought out to me after a very short wait. Great service.I'm concerned that the staff are still expected to wear masks. Breathing in fibre particles and CO2 has proved detrimental and lowers SAO2 levels and increases CO2 saturation. Masks are ineffectual at best, with risk at worse, impede communication for the elderly, deaf or lip readers Please free your staff to work unencumbered
