Tacking Point Lighthouse
Another perfect spot for both sunrises and sunsets. It does get a little crowded, though there is always space to set up a picnic. Very limited parking, so make sure you beat the crowds if you're interested in getting there for the sunset

Tacking Point Lighthouse
A beautiful spot with a magnificent view of two beaches on your left and right.If you come during whale migration season you will definitely see whales.I went with my wife mid June and we saw quite a few, don't forget to bring your binoculars!

Tacking Point Lighthouse
This is a lovely place with 360 degrees views. We went there on a weekday so were able to park just outside the entrance, then few very easy steps. A must see in Port Mcquarie.

Tacking Point Lighthouse
We’ve enjoy gentle breeze of air and viewed some of the dolphins passes by at the ocean. Not too busy when we came and had a parking spot straightaway but it could create a parking disaster during holidays.

Tacking Point Lighthouse
Great place to go ! For me hete is already a must visit when drive through port Macquarie. Very beautiful scene and different atmosphere in different side. You can enjoy amazing ocean and costal walk view. Watch the cute and beautiful lighthouse or toward south to watch the great long beach life. Easy to park and walk few steps can get the peak. Very friendly environment for ages and kids. Definitely 5 star place to visit!

Beautiful location for sunrise - sunset, free parking, awesome ocean view, more than 100 years old lighthouse. Sitting area for picnic & food. Drinks allowed here too. Nice walk around beach.

Tacking Point Lighthouse
Great views of coastline.Was very windy when we visited so was careful of edges as no fences around cliff tops.Scenic information boards need updating.

Tacking Point Lighthouse
The Tacking Point Lighthouse is a great spot to visit . At times you can see the whales when they are migrating.There are some great views and a few great beaches nearby.Definitely worth a visit specially when you're visiting the Port Macquarie area

Beautiful lighthouse that’s been preserved very well. Great views in all directions evidenced by the photos. Lighthouse Beach was awesome. Great place to visit to watch and hear the ocean.

Tacking Point Lighthouse
Such a gorgeous view of the beach accessible both by car and stairs as well. It's usually very windy there. Parking is limited at the top.
