I recently purchased their 7 Piece Pony Club Grooming Kit in Pink. The shipping was really fast, which I was really impressed by. When the package turned up however the kit was green! I called up the store and they were very apologetic and offered to replace the product with the correct colour free of charge!Even in the wrong colour, I am in love with the grooming kit, for the price and the quality it is amazing! the brushes are all good quality and sturdy, no flimsy or useless combs, it came with a proper mane and tail brush!I am so impressed and will be recommending their grooming kits to anyone who needs a good starter kit! Super friendly staff, definitely a 10/10 review!

I’ve been purchasing assorted gear & clothing from Super Horse Saddlery since August 2018.The very first experience I had with owners Yvette and Peter, was I had purchased a winter rug for my new horse, unfortunately it didn’t fit so I rang SHS and spoke to Peter and it was a very easy fix, I received my correct fitting rug within 3 days. Not only is their customer service amazing, they treat you as a human, not as a number, but the gear and clothing is beyond excellent quality. I can’t fault anything I’ve purchased and I’ve gathered quite a large SHS collection now. The prices on their products are really affordable aswell.SHS is definitely buy far the best saddlery I’ve purchased from and will continue to purchase from Yvette and Peter in the many years to come!Sophie Taiki & Charlie Tango xx
