Thanks to the quick delivery of our hot water system from Tradelink, we had hot water again within a matter of hours of our call. The sales team were prompt, efficient and friendly. The delivery driver was accommodating and helpful. Overall, we are extremely pleased with our experience and highly recommend Tradelink Alexandria.

Spent 1 hour in store with this Alexandria tradelink staff named Osman at the counter on Saturday who has absolutely no idea of plumbing and who had to google for what I needed and still grabbed the wrong parts. What a waste of time. And this guy was even laughing and thinking it’s funny while my plumbers are waiting on site. Get someone with proper training Tradelink. Otherwise you are just losing customers.

Don’t come to this showroom if you’re looking for ideas and samples because apparently “samples” are not for sampling if you’re not buying from them right then and there. Awful customer service.
