I have recently financed a Subaru xv, the customer service was exceptional right from getting onto their website and viewing the car. They went above and beyond to help me with my first car purchase. I highly recommend Mo the car sales man and Kevin the finance manager.They found a way to work around my work hours and kept me updated throughout the whole process.Again, amazing service from start to finish.Highly recommend.

I saw a used I Pace at the Perth Jaguar dealership. They weren't able to assist me with what I wanted so I looked on line and found a higher spec HSE version at Essendon Jaguar.I sent a message to the dealer and despite it being a Saturday afternoon and Melbourne being in lock down I had a reply from Alan within a few minutes.Over the next few days we struck a suitable deal, including them shipping the car to my door at Perth.They only needed a small holding deposit from my Visa card and the deal they offered me on finance was better than what my bank could offer. Their business /fiance manager sorted out all the paperwork via email and was very simple to arrange.The car was shipped and it arrived safely and Alan stayed in touch to make sure it all went smoothly.This not the first time Ive purchased a car from Melbourne and the process is highly dependent on how good the dealership is handling things and I'm pleased to say Essendon Jag did a great job in this regard especially given the difficulties they were operating under during a lock-down..

After spending months looking around for a right car, visiting numerous dealerships and having lots of conversations with their members of staff, pretty much every single one had something I didn't like or trust. Some were just outright rude with poor and pity service experiences, not up to the standard where they should be. After much research and a couple of terrible experiences at other dealerships I really had my guard up.Then came the Jaguar Land Rover in Essendon and right away the outstanding customer service did it for me! It significantly exceeded expectations and was much different from the experiences I had in other brand’s car dealers. After a few questions, we eventually made a deal for a unbeatable price with all the options I was looking for and more..Special highlight to Victoria in sales for genuinely being so friendly and knowledgeable right from the very beginning I walked in until I drove out with my new car. Purchasing a new care can be a tough experience but when you have someone who patiently explains the vehicle's features and provides you with an excellent customer service, it definitely makes a ton of a difference and a very exciting experience. The whole process from start to finish was so easy! My husband and I dealt with Michael and Mac from Essendon Jaguar, within a week of saying we wanted the car we drove away in it! I ordered my jaguar e pace last year june from this dealership and received it last week. The car was delayed by a couple months through no fault of this dealership. Allan sold me the car and constantly kept informed with what was happening with the car. When the car arrived it was presented to me with some extra goodies And i was over the moon. Allan went to extreme lengths to make car presentation a pleasurable experience. I recommend this dealership and salesman to everyone
