I have been to Jaycar Ipswich two times in my life and returned 100% of the products.All of which have been faulty. I will never shop in the store again. Told to use there online help for product installation.I tried this on both occasions.When you ring the only response you get is Well it should be working mine does"Little to no help and made to feel like a fool due to there faulty products.I went elsewhere to buy the product I was looking for low and behold it works perfectly.Jaycar Ipswich absolute 0 out of 5"

If I could score a zero I would. I have never come across such arrogant and unhelpful staff in a retail store. They obviously making to much money and could not care about customer service.I will rather drive to the next town to get my items from now on than return to this store. So disgraceful.

I've rated 3 stars only because either there's not enough staff or because they think I don't need assistance. Most times I do need help and having to always chase a staff member. Gone are the days where customer service was important.

Been there twice this week and the female staff treated me with disdain and wereUnfriendly. Not really interested in engaging when a tech question about the nbn was asked a friendly attitude was certainly missing. In the past when the store was staffed by men the attitude was much friendlier. Very black and white attitude.
