Express Cuts

Very rude staff. I have been taking my boy for his haircut at the Newcomb salon for a few years. But since that salon closed down, we had to travel to the Leopold one.I paid $10 all the time for a buzz cut. All of a sudden this hairdresser starts charging us $18. Upon questioning, she rudely answered that this was the price. She started arguing with me and came up with all sorts of excuses. You just lost 3 customers because of that particular staff and i have told my families and friends to avoid this salon as well.

Waited for shop to open, sign on door said back at 1pm. Eventually the lady opened the door and very rudely said to me regarding my girlfriend (she is in an electric wheelchair) I can’t cut her hair, she needs to get out of the chair. Impossible as my girlfriend has polio, wears callipers and can’t transfer. I said you can’t refuse to cut her hair, because she’s in a wheelchair, she replied rudely “oh yes I can” to which I replied that’s discrimination. My girlfriend really needed the haircut, and didn’t want me to cause a fuss. She cut my girlfriends hair, then complained because we wanted it shorter. Paid and left and will never go back. The rudeness of this women, is so unexceptionable, unprofessional and very discriminatory.

Went to get my hair cut today as I needed for it to be shortened and the hairdresser was very arrogant. She refused to layer my hair as I was too young" for a short layer and my hair was too short for a long layer and did a terrible job at cutting my grandma's hair"

Express cuts at gateway plazza leopold is the worst alleged hairdresser i have being to, i had to come back three times after the woman said she was busy, then she had a go at me for doing so, when i eventually sat down in the chair she asked me what kind of style i wanted then when i couldn't think of one she told me so rudely to leave.

Very rude hairdresser. Took my son for a hair cut, it has $18 listed on the sign, but said that the price is $25 if she used scissors. Was rude when i went to sit down by my son, so I left. I won't be coming back.

Great hairdresser. The only one who has cut my hair perfect every time. My teenage son who refused to get his haircut as the barber always cuts of a lot off and dies the stock standard haircut everyone has. He actually let this hairdresser cut his. She took the time to talk to him and find out exactly what he wanted. He will only go see her now.

Absolutely terrible. My husband took our young son for a haircut, he came home with big hunks cut out from the side, uneven sides and a strange shape at the back. He said the woman was ruse and made my son cry. Terrible. DO NOT GO HERE

The lady was about as rude a person that I've ever had the misfortune of meeting. Was about to enter shop and she shut the glass door in my face. Put a sign up back in 5 minutes but was more than 20 mins. Or less she is the owner of the shop why would you employ her.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It is not often you come across horrendously rude people in life, but the woman working here is one of them for me. She was 20 minutes late to open (other customers that were waiting said this is common and often up to 40 minutes) she was then rude and abrupt, I asked for 1 cm trim, she cut two inches, she then charged me $30 instead of the $20 I normally pay in Geelong. My hair cut is considerably lopsided and I have serious doubts about whether this woman is a qualified hairdresser. NEVER AGAIN!

Horrendously rude abrupt older lady hairdresser. I approached the business about 1pm on 17 Dec. Glass door was shut but hairdresser was in the shop. No sign on door. I went to open the door and it swung open about 30cm and jammed. Lady came over saying loudly look what you've done". I said "sorry
