Absolute worst shipping company I’ve ever had to deal with. Unprofessional, unresponsive and blatant ignorance for the needs of their customers. They lost a package my elderly grandparents trusted them with and don’t even have the common decency to chase it up. They cared up until they got paid. After that not a peep. Ongoing issues, investigation involving the ACCC also happening. Do not use this company if you actually want your items delivered.

It was an excellent service by Mr. Gavin Ford. He did pick up from my door and packed all my goods and charge me very decent amount. Even before sending he discussed with different options how can I save the money and very smiley and cool guy, I will miss Pack n send, Shepparton bks I moved in to Townsville. But always remember your service mate.
