I haven't been here in a while, as the last time I came by the guy working the till was aggressively rude. He was angry at his boss for keeping him and his coworker back late (he told me this) and was really unpleasant toward me, I guess because I was a customer. It was very odd and I decided not to go back. I'd experienced indifferent service before this. This seems to be a common complaint, and I notice all the employees are high school aged which isn't exactly a good sign. It comes across as a bad franchisee, although given the recent news about Donut King franchisees being taken advantage of I wonder if they are really to one to blame.

There is often a young blonde boy working as well as a red head girl. They are always amazing, fast and so easily to talk to! Especially when I sit down and eat and they bring it out to me, they are always giving amazing service.

It took over 20 minutes to have a coffee made. Charged me $3 for caramel syrup in my coffee and it was so disgustingly sickening I couldn't drink my coffee. Worst service and coffee I have ever had!

Absolutely appalling customer service tonight (15th July - 5pm) I had to wait for these two workers to exchange their Instagram details, giggle on their phones… before noticing 5 min later that they actually had a customer waiting right in front of them. No apology no nothing, they were actually cranky I interrupted them. I made a joke “I could have stolen this and you wouldn’t even notice” and one of them sarcastically replied “that is what cameras are for”. Very very rude people, hope your manager/supervisor sees this and at least try teach you some manners. You are definitely lacking it.

All the info says they close at 9pm on Friday nights. Got there at 8:10 watched them sell to another customer but when it was our turn the lass at the counter told me they had closed. Told them the hours said until 9pm but apparently no, they're just closed now. Might want to correct your hours. Too unreliable in general re: staffing, offers, prices e.t.c. in general. Would love to know why the girls decided not to serve us.

Took my daughter here for her traditional birthday treat cinnamon donuts only to be met with the worst service I have ever had! There were two staff members making batter and icing donuts (it was 9:30am). Neither looked up at all! When I did get their attention one came over and was so rude. I asked about the donuts and she rudely said “that batch is for some one else, you have to wait”! The store was very dirty, the staff member was not very professional looking or spoken in that matter. Whoever owns this store needs to look at who their hiring! Will NOT be going back!

24/02/23Coffee was hot and fresh. Everything was excellent. Quick service with only two workers, very busy, but prompt.
