Beautiful same day service! Breathed new life into a watch I thought had passed it's date.Would highly recommend to friends and family or anyone looking for same day service!

Fantastic service from Rosa. A sentimental favourite from the 80s needed a new band. Citizen head office had informed me this model was discontinued, and no parts were available worldwide. A friend recommended Citizen Victorian. Was amazed that Rosa was able to locate and fit a suitable replica replacement band. Thank you!

Rosa replaced my old Casio watch batteries twice within a few days. For some reason the first time the batteries only lasted a few hours before the watch stopped working. I took it back and she replaced both batteries again. This time the watch was stable and I managed to reset it properly. Rosa didn't want to take my payment (very reasonably priced) until I was satisfied with her work.She is a lovely and caring lady, I enjoyed working with her and I admire her talent for repairing old watches. I'd recommend her for watch repairs in the city for sure!She'll also offer to repair almost any watch. A lot of the other watch makers are only interested in the very high end designer watches and won't look at you if you've got a cheaper watch.

Google stated the business was open on a Saturday, however, it was closed. I called the number listed and the proprietor said she would come in within the hour to service my watch. Did so for $20. That's what I call exceptional service!

Rosa provided advice over the phone (voice and text) to revive my Eco Drive watch, which I thought was in need of a new capacitor and or back-up battery. It just wouldn't work any more. Turns out it needed neither, just the crown pulled out to time set" mode and bright light for 24 hours. All my research and enquiries prior had led me to believe I'd be up for a couple of hundred dollars to repair and replace bits. I respect the honest service provided and will not hesitate to visit for any future work."
